He has accomplished so much in government service and dedicated all these things to the Lord. For his family he is the role model keeping always in touch with the affairs of his family. According to him if you have managed your family well it will reflects to your constituency as well. Everything should start with the family first. In 1989 he has been renewed from that point on he has always consulting with the Lord in all his affairs.

He advocated for servant leadership as what our Lord Jesus Christ have done to his disciples.

"You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:42-45)
